ArtPark Receives 501(c)(3) Status

It's official...in September 2019, ArtPark Studios received its Public Charity status with the Internal Revenue Service.

ArtPark Studios is working with high school students from Jane Long Academy to develop concepts/prototypes for large scale artwork to be commissioned by Spark School Park Program for their developing community park space.

Effective June 2018, donors may deduct contributions made to ArtPark under IRC Section 170. As a Public Charity, we are now able to receive tax deductible bequests, devices, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
